1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Nozzle ("we", "us", "our") to you ("you", "your", "client").
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in New South Wales (NSW) and Australia.

2. Services

We provide exterior cleaning and pressure washing services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
All services are subject to availability and are delivered with reasonable skill, care, and diligence.

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided by you. Changes to scope, size, or condition of surfaces may result in a price adjustment.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or text message is sufficient).

  • A deposit of e.g., 20% may be required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is due on completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept bank transfer, cash or pay ID.

  • Overdue payments may incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of [e.g., $100 or 20% of the quoted price].

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Access and Site Requirements

  • You must ensure safe, clear, and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service day.

  • All pets must be secured, and all loose items (e.g., furniture, plants) should be removed from areas to be cleaned.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by unsecured items or pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracked surfaces, loose paint).

7. Liability and Warranty

  • We are fully insured for public liability.

  • While we take every care, pressure washing involves high-pressure water, which may expose or worsen pre-existing damage. We are not liable for such occurrences.

  • We provide a satisfaction guarantee: if you are unhappy with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can inspect and, if necessary, rectify the issue.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

9. Environmental Responsibility

We use eco-friendly cleaning products where possible and dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with environmental laws and local council regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, images, designs, and written content provided by Nozzle remain our intellectual property and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if necessary, through the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or provided to you directly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
